Cancellation & Refund Policy

Esoftking Infotech is committed to client satisfaction. This policy outlines our approach to project cancellations and refunds for our software development and IT services.
1. Service Nature
Our services include custom web development, mobile app development, blockchain solutions, and related IT consulting. These are project-based services with deliverables defined in individual project agreements.
2. Project Cancellation
Clients may request project cancellation in writing. Cancellation terms will be as specified in the project agreement. Generally:
- Cancellation before project commencement may be subject to administrative fees if work has already been initiated
- Cancellation during development will be assessed based on work completed and milestones achieved
- Any advance payment for uncompleted work may be refunded proportionally, subject to the terms of the project agreement
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope due to our default
- If a project is cancelled and the client is entitled to a refund as per the project agreement
- Duplicate or erroneous payments, subject to verification
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Work that has been completed and delivered as per agreement
- Change of mind after project commencement
- Third-party costs (hosting, domains, APIs) already incurred
5. Refund Process
Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@esoftking.com. We will review and respond within 15 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method where possible.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, we encourage clients to contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and in good faith.
