  • Before Work Begins: Full refund if cancellation is requested before development work has started
  • During Development: Partial refund based on work completed, minus administrative fees
  • After Completion: No refund after project delivery and acceptance

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered within agreed timeframe (subject to terms)
  • Service does not meet agreed specifications (after review and verification)
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery (verified by our team)
  • Mutual agreement to cancel the project

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed and accepted projects
  • Services already delivered and approved by the client
  • Third-party fees or licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Administrative or processing fees

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us through our support system or email
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
  5. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account

6. Partial Refunds

For projects in progress, refunds will be calculated as follows:

  • Total amount paid minus work completed value
  • Minus 10% administrative fee
  • Minus any third-party costs incurred

7. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your account
  • Withhold project deliverables
  • Pursue legal action if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent

8. Project Modifications

If you request significant changes to the original project scope, additional charges may apply. These changes must be agreed upon in writing before implementation.

9. Quality Assurance

We provide revision periods for delivered projects. If issues are identified during the revision period, we will address them at no additional cost.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our service:

  1. Contact us immediately to discuss the issue
  2. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution
  3. If resolution cannot be reached, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis
